1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any service offered by Profe en EspaƱol, the student acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Description of the Service
Profe en EspaƱol provides online Spanish lessons (individual, pair, or group sessions) taught by qualified teachers using proprietary digital materials.
The goal is to offer a personalized learning experience according to each studentās goals (Expat, Business, or Travel).
3. Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection, microphone, camera, and Google Meet installed.
No refunds will be issued for technical problems outside the control of the platform or teacher.
4. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials
All provided materials (documents, presentations, recordings, videos, exercises, and digital resources) are the intellectual property of Profe en EspaƱol.
Students receive a limited, non-transferable personal license to use these materials during their enrolled course or pack.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
5. Payments and Class Confirmation
Payments for classes or packs must be made in advance through the available methods (official website, PayPal, Stripe, Wise, or direct link shared via email or WhatsApp).
Once the payment has been made, students must send the receipt via WhatsApp to the official contact number, along with their full name, email address, and complete phone number (including country code), and indicate the program or pack purchased.
After payment confirmation, the Profe en EspaƱol team will contact the student to schedule their classes or provide access to the corresponding course.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Classes can be rescheduled with at least 24 hoursā notice.
Cancellations made with less notice will be considered a completed class.
No refunds will be issued once a program or pack has begun, except in justified cases evaluated by Profe en EspaƱol.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days, minus any banking or payment platform fees.
7. Class Recording
Some classes may be recorded for educational, review, or quality-control purposes.
Recordings will not be made public or used commercially.
Students will be informed in advance and may choose to hide their camera or name if they prefer.
8. Conduct and Appropriate Use
Students agree to maintain respectful behavior during classes and communications.
Any inappropriate conduct may result in suspension of the service without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
Profe en EspaƱol does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, as these depend on each studentās effort and participation.
The service is provided for educational purposes only and does not replace academic or professional advice.
10. Modifications
Profe en EspaƱol reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions.
Any changes will be communicated through the official website or email.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country of residence of the service provider, without prejudice to the parties agreeing on an amicable dispute resolution mechanism.
